Refund policy

We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days from receipt of the product to request a refund.

If your request is accepted, our team will discuss available refund options. Store credit is available on request and based on the reason for refund. We do not process return products due to logistics and supply chain costs. Goods sent to us will not be accepted.

Damages and problems
Once you receive your order, please inspect it and contact us immediately if the goods are faulty, damaged or if you received the wrong goods so that we can assess and correct the problem, which can include reshipping a replacement item.


Exceptions/non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable items (e.g. food, flowers or plants), bespoke items (e.g. special order or personalised items) and personal care items (e.g. beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. If you have questions or concerns about a specific product, please contact us.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the merchandise you have and make a separate purchase of new merchandise upon receipt of your return.


14-day waiting period in the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without explanation. As stated above, your goods must be in the same condition in which you received them, unworn or unused, with labels and in their original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.


Refund policy
Once we have received and checked your return, we will notify you and let you know if your return has been approved or not. If approved, your money will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 working days. Please remember that it may also take time for your bank or credit card company to process and send your refund.
